We’ve received reports from users that the Retailer List does not load correctly in some cases. We’ve found the root cause of the bug, and have submitted an update to Apple that’ll fix it. The update will also fix another issue where some users were experiencing incorrect rotation when viewing a card.

We hope the update will be approved by Apple very soon, but in the meantime, you can try the following:

For iPhone 3G: close Key Ring, then re-open.

If you have an iPhone 3GS, or iPhone 4 running iOS4:

  1. Close Key Ring
  2. double-tap the home-key to bring up your fast-app switcher
  3. press and hold on the Key Ring icon in the bottom tray
  4. Click the clear button to the top left of the Key Ring icon
  5. re-launch Key Ring.
