You can change your password from your phone. You must be signed into your account to change your password.

You can change your email address from your phone. Simply visit the 'Account' screen and click the 'Change Email' button. Note: you must be signed into your account to change your email address. Also, if you have more than one device, make sure you sign out of your account on all of them and sign back in.

You must be signed out of your account to start the ‘forgot password’ process. You will be emailed a generic password to use to sign back into your account. Then you can go through the 'change password' process to reset your password.

If you would like to change your profile at any time, please do so here: http://keyringapp.com/profile. Make sure you save any changes.

Click 'edit' next to the card you want to delete and then choose 'delete'.

This depends on how you want to share cards.

To share all of your cards we recommend that you simply share an account. Download Key Ring on both phones and log into the app using the same account information. All cards will be available on both devices.

To share only select cards choose a card > 'Share Card' > Enter the email address of the recipient.

Note to iPhone Users: If you do not see the share button your settings have likely changed and it's taking you straight to the barcode image screen. You can change the settings on your phone so you see the card information screen first. You do this by clicking on the settings icon on your phone. Scroll down until you see Key Ring listed. Click on that and then you will see the option to change the Default View to see the offers first or see the barcode first.

To change the logo, sign into your account online at http://keyringapp.com. Click on 'edit' next to the card you wish to change. Then select 'edit' under the logo of that card and upload a file of the logo. You will have a chance to crop your image after upload. Please upload only .png or .jpg files that are 100x100 pixels. Files size should be less than 1mb.

Your information is secure and safely stored on our servers. All of the communication between your mobile phone and our servers are over HTTPS and are as secure as possible. Communication between the phones and the site is encrypted and our database is only accessible from a specific list of computers.

Your information would only be shared with a third party company if you decide to opt-into that company’s program using Key Ring.
